Define & Recruit Test Respondents - Profiles, contact information, and session scheduling is all established and conducted within UsabilityWare™. Additionally, respondent consent, survey questionnaires, and other relevant forms can be created and printed with UsabilityWare™.

Conduct Test Sessions - The UsabilityWare™ event logger provides the forum to record observations during each test session and evaluation. Resulting interactions can be tracked categorically as well as 'timing' individual tasks and events.

Analyze The Results - At the conclusion of each or all test sessions the collected data can be analyzed using the internal templates of UsabilityWare™. Individual session and aggregate calculations include time on task, task success rate, and various frequency measurements.

Present & Deliver Results - UsabilityWare™ provides the ability to review all previously documented data and build your report. You can easily customize reports to ensure relevancy to particular and various readers. Additionally, we’ve provided video editing and DVD/CD-R creation tools to enable compelling interactions to be included as part of the project deliverable.
